Website information
Website content is provided for general information and does not constitute legal, financial or professional trade advice. We aim to keep information accurate but do not promise that every page is complete or continuously available.
Quotes and scope
Prices shown on this website are starting prices or specified package prices. A binding scope is created only when the parties accept a written proposal or agreement. Custom pages, content, integrations, software, advertising spend and third-party charges may affect the final price.
Payments and retainers
Payment timing, deposits and invoicing will be stated in the proposal. The current packages include monthly service fees after launch: £195/month for Trade Starter, £295/month for Trade Revenue Engine or £395/month for Trade Command Centre, unless a written agreement records a different scope or price.
Minimum terms, renewal, notice and cancellation conditions must be confirmed in the project agreement before service begins.
Client responsibilities
- Provide accurate business, contact, service and compliance information.
- Supply or approve content, images and credentials in a timely manner.
- Confirm that supplied materials can lawfully be used.
- Review work and provide decisions needed to maintain the agreed schedule.
- Use lead and communication systems lawfully and responsibly.
Timescales and changes
Delivery dates depend on scope, approvals, content, third-party services and timely client cooperation. Material changes after approval may require a revised cost and schedule. Delays outside reasonable control are not a breach of a fixed estimate unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Third-party services
Projects may rely on hosting, domains, communication services, CRM systems, plugins or other third-party platforms. Their availability, pricing and terms are controlled by those providers. Responsibilities for accounts and fees will be set out in the project scope.
SEO and results
No particular Google ranking, lead volume, conversion rate, revenue result or business outcome is guaranteed. Search results and customer decisions are affected by competition, location, reputation, budgets, algorithms, service quality and factors outside our control.
Intellectual property
Ownership and licences for final work, source materials, software and third-party assets will be described in the project agreement. The client remains responsible for rights in materials it supplies. Demonstration websites remain clearly identified as examples and must not be represented as real businesses.
Liability
Any project-specific liability provisions will be set out in the agreement. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Law and contact
Unless agreed otherwise, these terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales. Questions can be sent to hello@sa-digitalbusiness.co.uk.
